ADMISSION FORMALITIES

  • The application can be made online or offline which can be done easily through us.
  • Application processing time may vary according to the intake, number of application and University.
  • Normal application processing time is 4 - 5 weeks.After which the decision of the application will be received via email or courier.
  • Once you get the offer letter from the university you may have to pay the deposit amount to the university which may vary from 2500£ to 5000 £.
  • Following the deposit payment, the student must be ready to show proof that he/she can afford his/her studies. He/ she may have to show the bank statement which shows that the student has maintained sufficient funds in the account for not less than 28 days. Details of the funds to be shown are as below.

MAINTENANCE FUND DETAILS

  • Total tuition fee minus Deposit payment done
  • Living expense - Outside London - 1015£ x 9 months = 9135£ (8, 92,384.45 INR)
  • Inside London - 1265£ x 9 months = 11385£ (11, 12,183.57 INR)
  • Health Surcharge - 150 £/ year for the period of duration of stay.
  • For students with scholarship/sponsorship- You must provide complete details regarding the sponsorship/scholarship.
  • Those students whose complete expense is sponsored then you have to show the proof for the sponsor details. And if the sponsorship is partial then along with the proof you have to show the proof to afford the remaining expense.

CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF STUDIES

After the deposit payment and satisfying the university with the proof that you can afford the studies, they will issue a reference number, CAS - Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies which reflect all the details including the basic details, fee paid till the date, remaining amount to be paid, and sponsorship details, scholarship details and so on. Once you get the CAS, one can apply for the visa anytime not more than 3 months before the start date and before the deadline of the CAS. University will issue a single CAS for a single student, so make sure to apply for the visa on time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR DEPENDANTS

Dependants can travel with you if the course is at least level 7 or above. Dependants must be able to prove that they have sufficient funds to cover the expense. They should maintain the funds not less than 28 days in your or their bank account. Dependants may be able to show sufficient funds to meet expenses for one/three months according to circumstances.

VISA FORMALITIES

To apply for the Tier 4 student visa one must meet all the conditions needed to apply for the visa.

  • Proof that you can support yourself and pay for the course
  • Proof of parental or other legal guardian consent if under 18
  • Proof of relationship with parent/guardian
  • Tuberculosis Test Result (valid for 6 months)

One must book an appointment in the VFS office to provide the biometric (fingerprint and photo to be taken) and submit all the documents for verification. Documents will be sent back within 14 days. The student should collect the BRP once you reach the UK. Application for the visa can be done 3 months before the start date.
